The Green season is upon us but it hasn't dampened the tourism here. Gay folks continue to gather here for the growing gay scene. Rumors and facts are emerging. Liquid lounge will be under new ownership starting in August. Mogambo bar has expanded. Barba Roja is ramping up in the next few months to be a gathering spot several nights a week/weekend. The contemporary Hotel (part of the La Mansion complex) will open 6 new rooms that are exclusively gay with private entrance and pool. There are a couple of hotels being reviewed by potential buyers to make Gay Resorts. Much is happening.

Help me find the right buyers to make this the premier Gay resort in Central America.http://www.vidarealtycr.com/Manuel_Antonio/Puntarenas/Commercial_Real_Estate/Manuel_Antonio/Agent/Listing_18948805.html It is beautiful, right off the most popular beach road. It has it's own private beach. The rooms are really studio apartments, all with great views and privacy. This is an opportunity for a great Gay Resort in a welcoming community. Price is negotiable and includes a 2 million dollar house, not pictured. IF you can help me find the right buyers there is a generous finder's fee in it (VERY GENEROUS). go to that link to see all the pics.

It was a lovely pool party at Villa Roca this summer. There is always something happening in the Gay community here. Gay tourists keep coming and coming. That makes for a lovely combination of relaxation and vitality. Hope you will follow us on Twitter @TimSalladay and also on our Face book page Gay Real Estate Costa Rica. Ran into a gaggle of gay boys from LA yesterday. They are staying in one of the many beautiful guesthouses in the area. They were enjoying the vacation and had only just arrived. I'm sure we will see them again at the Tea Dance gathering at Barber Roja on sunday night.. It is a good place to meet new folks and meet up with old friends. Sometimes, things can get out of hand there. See pic above e. Be sure to follow me on TwitterL@TimSalladay.

Well, The government has closed Isle Cano for a while over a toilet technicality. Bad for tourists who want to enjoy the island, but probably good for the overall, long-term sustainability of the natural beauty. Government ineptness (which isn't always bad, apparently) is slowing development and that will delay human ruin. So we can't complain too much. Now, Gay Marriage is another issue. Thank President Obama in the U.S. for taking a moral stand. Hope it doesn't hurt your re-election. Now, lMaybe Gosta Rica will feel comfortable endorsing gay marriage. It has come closer and closer each year.. Maybe with a new president in CR we will get it here. Maybe the same year we legalize marijuana. Enjoy this picture of a few friends gathering at one of our beach restaurants... and if you want to follow me on Twitter it's @TimSalladay. and the website is www.gayrealesttatecostarica.com
